Not every crack is structural — but every crack deserves a professional look. We seal non-structural cracks against water and identify the ones that signal bigger problems, so small issues never become big ones.
Concrete cracks. Hairline shrinkage cracks are normal in new concrete, but diagonal cracks, horizontal cracks, widening cracks, or any crack that leaks water tell a different story — settlement, soil pressure, or drainage problems that need attention beyond the crack itself.
For non-structural cracks, injection is the right fix. Low-pressure epoxy or polyurethane injection fills the crack from the inside out, bonding the concrete and creating a waterproof seal that flexes with minor movement. It is far more durable than surface patching, which cracks and leaks again.
Just as important is knowing which cracks are structural. During inspection we evaluate the crack pattern, width, and direction — and check the surrounding soil, drainage, and wall alignment. If the crack is a symptom of settlement or pressure, we will tell you, and outline the structural repair alongside the sealing.

Surface patching hides the crack temporarily but rarely stops water and never addresses structural causes. Injection bonds and seals from within.
Horizontal cracks, widening cracks, cracks with displacement, and any crack leaking significant water warrant prompt professional assessment.
Proper injection creates a bond often stronger than the surrounding concrete. If the underlying soil movement continues, we address that separately.
